Ann Egerter, CI/SIG, Sends May 1960 SR/6 Soft File on Oswald to Stevens in OS/SRS

As I indicate in Chapter Eighteen of Countdown to Darkness, the above redacted names from top to bottom are Marguerite Stevens (OS/SRS), Betty Stacy (SR/6), and Ann Egerter of CI/SIG.  On 3 November 60 (the same day Bissell informed State’s Cumming that a files search was underway at CIA, Egerter filled out a routing slip and place it on top of Betty Stacey’s May 1960 soft file on Oswald, and sent the package to Marguerite Stevens in OS/SRS.  Sometime before the final Bissell reply to Cumming (see pages below), Ann Egerter prepared a biography (also see pages below).
